All ticket sales are final and non-refundable. A refund will be issued only if the event is cancelled by the organizers.

If the event is postponed, your ticket will remain valid for the rescheduled date. No refunds will be provided for postponements.

We will notify ticket holders via email with refund details. Refunds (ticket price and applicable taxes) will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow 7–14 business days after the cancellation announcement for the refund to appear, depending on your bank/payment provider.

At Himalayan Folk Festival, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. However, please note that all merchandise sales are final. We currently do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. We encourage you to review your order carefully before completing your purchase. In the unfortunate event that the show is canceled due to a natural disaster or other circumstances beyond our control (often referred to as Force Majeure), please be advised that the event will be permanently canceled. Under these circumstances, all ticket sales are considered final, and we will not be able to issue any refunds. This policy is in place because the expenses incurred in preparing for the event cannot be recovered in such unforeseen and unavoidable situations.

Tickets are valid only for the event/date shown. No refunds for no-shows, late arrivals, or partial attendance.

Name changes, ticket transfers, or other modifications are not guaranteed and may not be available. Please review details carefully before purchase.
